Online shopping terms and conditions

These Terms apply to your browsing and use of this website and the purchase of goods or services from Yongzhi Industrial Co., Ltd. (“The Company”) through this website. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. By using this website or any part of it, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

General terms

• The Company reserves the right to change the price of the goods without notice and all orders shall be made at the sole discretion of the Company and accepted in accordance with the availability of inventory.
• All orders are subject to final confirmation depending on the availability of the goods concerned. If the products or services ordered on this website are out of stock, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the order.
• The price of the product is based on the price on the day the item is ordered.
• All product photos and images displayed on this website are for the convenience of customers only and may be different from the actual size, size and color of the product.
• The Company and you agree that these Terms will be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”). This website reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions in its absolute discretion. In the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the final right to make a decision.

Membership registration

You must be currently registered as a member before placing an order through this website. At the time of registration:

• You must provide the Company with accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information;
• You are responsible for ensuring the security of the username and password used to obtain the Services and for any activity or conduct carried out using your password. This website cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the failure of the user to comply with the above requirements.
• If there are any changes to the personal data you provide, please update yourself at www.partydroid.com to ensure that the Company communicates effectively with you.
• You are responsible for each order placed after login and agree to compensate the Company for all claims, damages and damages filed by any person who uses the user’s login data to place an order through this website.
• You should notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of login information.

• The Company accepts credit cards, PayMe and converter express payments, and credit cards are operated by the Stepe payment system and this website does not store your credit card information. All credit cards and bank account payments made under the name of a registered member are considered by the Company and are not liable for misappropriation.
• All products listed on this website are priced in Hong Kong dollars.
• You must pay the full amount of the order when you submit it. If you are unable to make a payment, the Company will not accept the order.
• The Company reserves the right to change the payment terms of any order without prior notice.
• The Company reserves the right to make changes to the payment methods of online products at any time through the website, e-mail and any other means of public communication.
• If the payment of any order has been made and the order has not been accepted by the Company, you will receive a refund on the same payment method. The Company shall not be liable to you or any person for any loss, cost or expense arising from the delay in processing the above refund.

Notes for delivery

• All orders will be delivered by courier to your designated location on both working days. (Except for overseas orders)
• Shipping times are not excluded due to holidays (e.g. Christmas, Lunar New Year, Easter and large sales events). Delivery is suspended on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or black rainstorm warning is issued, delivery will be delayed.
• If your place of receipt changes, you are responsible for immediately notifying the Company, if the address is changed on the way to shipment, the Company has the right to charge you an additional fee.

Cancel

• The Company reserves the right to cancel an order if for any reason it is not possible to provide information about the product or otherwise resulting in the failure to deliver. If this happens, the Company will notify you.
• All cancelled orders will be refunded at the same paid method as yours at the same value as the order.
• Once you have submitted your order confirmation, you cannot cancel your order.

Returns/refunds

• The Company provides you with a “seven-day product quality assurance”, if you find product accessories are missing, please contact hello@PartyDroid.com contact the Company by email.
• Once verified and confirmed, the Company will arrange for the courier company to deliver replacement products to you free of charge.
• Once the refund has been verified and confirmed, the Company will refund the money using the same payment method as you.
• If the ordered product is sold out, the Company will refund you.

No refunds or refunds are accepted

Product returns or refunds are not accepted if:

• There is no proof of the products purchased on this website.
• Buy more than seven days of products.
• Products rejected because of personal preference.
• In the event of a dispute, the Company has the final say.

• In an effort to protect the privacy rights of the private sector in personal data, the Company ensures that its policies and practices regarding the collection, use, retention, transfer and access to personal data comply with the Personal Data Ordinance under Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong. • The Company will only require you to provide information on the time of registration as a member and information on the location of delivery that identifies your personal identity (“Personal Data”). For specific purposes of your personal data, please refer to the Company’s Privacy Policy (including the statement of personal data collection in paragraph 7, which includes the use of personal data for the Company’s direct promotional purposes).

• The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused or unable to perform due to fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargo, strike, labor dispute, equipment failure, or any other cause beyond the Company’s control.
